1. Product Description
SFP-10G-BIDI-Txxxx/Rxxxx-20KM-I-D14 optical module supports 20km link length on 10G standard single-mode fiber (SMF) G.652, and supports industrial temperature range (-40～85℃), the official ordering information and the appearance of the module are as follows:

2. Module identification
The SFP-10G-BIDI-T1270/R1330-20KM-I-D14 and SFP-10G-BIDI-T1330/R1270-20KM-I-D14 modules are paired with 1 meter optical fiber and inserted into CISCO N9K-C93180YC-EX switches, and the modules can be LINKed normally, and the port indicator lights up; Module information can be recognized normally by the switch, such as module type, vendor name, model number, serial number, rate, transmission distance, etc.; DOM data can be read, and the DOM data are all within the threshold range without alarm.

3. Module Key Parameter Test
Take the SFP-10G-BIDI-T1270/R1330-20KM-I-D14 sample module as an example, the performance indexes on the test board are tested at three temperatures, and the test results are as follows;
