QSFP-40G-SR-BD to view optical module information on H3C S6850-56HF switch

       H3C has a QSFP-40G-SR-BD optical module, model number is QSFP-40G-BIDI-SR-MM850, which can be used normally on H3C S6850-56HF switch. Today, we would like to introduce you the method to view the information of this model optical module on H3C S6850-56HF switch.

 1. Link status of H3C QSFP-40G-BIDI-SR-MM850 optical module on H3C S6850-56HF switch.
       Enter the command "display interface HundredGigE 1/0/29" to view the link information of the switch port (port number: 1/0/29) into which the optical module is inserted, mainly including the link status of the optical module inserted in the port, the operating rate, and so on.

2. Identification information of H3C QSFP-40G-BIDI-SR-MM850 optical module on H3C S6850-56HF switch.
       Enter the command "display transceiver interface HundredGigE 1/0/29" to view the identification information on the switch port (port number: 1/0/29) into which the optical module is inserted, mainly including: the H3C model number of the optical module inserted in the port, the fiber optic connector type, the transmission distance, the operating wavelength, the transmission distance, and the operating time. The main information includes: H3C model of the optical module inserted in the port, fiber connector type, transmission distance, working wavelength, etc.

3.DOM information of H3C QSFP-40G-BIDI-SR-MM850 optical module on H3C S6850-56HF switch.
       Enter the command "display transceiver diagnosis interface HundredGigE 1/0/29" to view the DOM information on the switch port (port number: 1/0/29) where the optical module is plugged in, which mainly includes: temperature, voltage, bias current, transmitter current, and transmitter current when the module is working. The DOM information can be viewed on the switch port (port no. 1/0/29) where the optical module is plugged in, which mainly includes the temperature, voltage, bias current, transmit optical power, receive optical power, etc. However, this model (QSFP-40G-BIDI-SR-MM850) optical module does not support the DOM function on the H3C S6850-56HF switch.
