3. Module on-board compatibility test
        The compatibility test of Huawei's original SFP-GE-T model 02314BDD was conducted on Huawei's S5700, S5700S, S6700, and S9303 switches, and the test items included the following: on-board identification, whether it is abnormal to LINK without plugging in the cable, whether it is normal to LINK by inserting the cable, and whether it is normal to PING through test with the counterpart equipment of 1000M/100M/10M PING through the test. There are some anomalies in the testing of this model of module, as shown in the analysis of the test results.

4. Test result analysis
        According to the configuration of the 02314BDD sample PHY chip, it can be seen that it is a Renesas program, the initial mode is pure Gigabit, and the Los pin function is disabled.
        From its testing on the above four switches, in the S5700S and S6700 switches, the module works in pure Gigabit mode, and can only be interconnected with the opposite end of the 1000M ports; in the S5700 switches, the module works in the SGMII 3-speed adaptive mode, and can be interconnected with the opposite end of the 1000M/100M/10M ports.
        Problems include: on S5700S and S6700, the module will falsely LINK without plugging in the cable, and falsely LINK at 10M/100M rate, and cannot PING through. On the S9303, the 1000M rate cannot be pinged.
