The default state of Cisco switch will authenticate the access module, when the access module is verified to be non-Cisco original, it may take actions such as closing the port or popping up alarm prompts; at the same time, Cisco also provides commands to support the use of third-party modules.
      Let's take the Cisco WS-C4500X-16 switch as an example to learn how to enable support for third-party modules on Cisco switches:
      1. When a third-party module is accessed to the Cisco switch, the module cannot be linked up, the port indicator shows an orange blinking state, the port is down or errdisable, and the module is recognized as Unsupported or Unapproved;

      2. In global configuration mode, execute the commands "service unsupported-transceiver" and "no errdisable detect cause gbic-invalid" successively to turn off the host's verification of the optical module and allow the use of third-party modules;
      Note: This command is a hidden command and cannot be ? to find it. If you want it to take effect after reboot, you need to use the command
"copy running-config startup-config" to save the configuration.

      3. After allowing the use of third-party modules, the module can be linked up normally and the module type can be recognized normally;

      4. In global configuration mode, successively execute the commands "no service unsupported-transceiver" and "errdisable detect cause gbic-invalid" to exit the mode of using the third-party module;
